Strength is like the oceans waves.

Sometimes they crash

Against the hardened sand

Sometimes they fold

Delicately onto the shore

Strength is like a tree’s trunk.

A growing tree

Is small and moves when the wind pushes it

An old tree

Is thick and immovable

Strength cannot be found everywhere,

It is in a certain kind of human

One that fights negativity

One that says no to sadness

It grows in those who know themselves

One that trusts their instincts fully.
